How AskBenji handles your information.
Your files are processed in memory and never saved to disk. We cannot access your documents after analysis.
We have no advertisers, no data brokers, no third-party analytics. Your information is yours alone.
Temporary files auto-delete within 24 hours. Saved results expire after 48 hours. Emails are deleted after 90 days.
Document text extracted from your upload — processed in memory, never stored
LLM API calls to analyze your document — sent to your chosen provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google), subject to their privacy policies
No PHI is stored in our database at any point during analysis
Your email address (encrypted at rest)
Your analysis results (stored for 48 hours, then permanently deleted)
We send exactly one follow-up email asking about your outcome — no marketing, no newsletter
Anonymous rate limiting data (IP address hash, not stored permanently)
Basic error logs for debugging (no PHI, no document content)
We never collect: Social Security numbers, full insurance member IDs, credit card numbers, passwords, or any information beyond what you voluntarily share in your uploaded document.
Your document text is sent to the LLM provider you select for analysis. Each provider has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing: Anthropic’s privacy policy, OpenAI’s privacy policy, Google’s privacy policy.
Neon.tech (PostgreSQL hosting) — stores only regulatory reference data and anonymized rate limits.
